The Faculty of Nursing, Sriganganagar College of Nursing, Tantia University successfully organized a comprehensive Career Counseling Seminar titled “Approach to Foreign Placement” for students of Nursing and Physiotherapy in collaboration with FLP Global Service Pvt. Ltd. The seminar was designed to provide aspiring healthcare professionals with clear guidance on international career opportunities, global recruitment pathways, and the essential preparation required to work abroad.

The program was conducted in a hybrid mode, enabling both offline and online participation and ensuring broader engagement from students and experts. The offline expert speakers included Mr. Jitender Sain, Founder and Director of FLP Worldwide, and Mr. Prateek Kumar, Director, FLP, who shared practical insights into overseas placement procedures, documentation requirements, and the step-by-step process for securing employment in foreign healthcare sectors.

Joining virtually from Germany, the online expert speakers — Mr. Himmat Singh Jodha, Mr. Prabhat Bishnoi, and Mr. Suresh Choudhary — delivered detailed sessions highlighting international career pathways for nurses and physiotherapists. They elaborated on licensing procedures, country-specific eligibility criteria, language proficiency requirements, visa processes, and the work culture in international healthcare systems.
