Examinations form the cornerstone of academic evaluation and serves to maintain the integrity of any educational. At Tantia University, the Office of the Controller of Examinations is committed towards conducting all examination-related activities with transparency, fairness, and utmost confidentiality.

As the Controller of Examinations, I take pride in overseeing a system that not only assesses student performance effectively but also adheres to the highest standards laid down by the regulatory bodies. From pre-examination planning to post-examination processes such as evaluation, result declaration, and issued of academic credentials, our team ensures strict compliance, accuracy, and timeliness at every stage.

The university has adopted a structured examination framework that supports both traditional and emerging modes of evaluation. Leveraging technology, digital solutions have been introduced for registration, issued of admit cards, attendance tracking, result publication, and organising online examinations, where applicable. These innovations enhance efficiency while reducing manual errors.

We also maintain continuous communication with faculties and departments to ensure smooth coordination and to uphold academic rigor. A grievance redressal mechanism is in place to address genuine concerns of students promptly and effectively. Our goal is to create a student-centric examination system that is transparent, accessible, and aligned with the academic vision & mission of the university.
