Financial discipline and strategic resource management are key pillars of a progressive and self-sustaining educational institution. At Tantia University, the Finance Office is dedicated towards ensuring transparent, accountable, and efficient financial operations that support the university’s academic and developmental goals of University.

As the Finance Officer, I take this responsibility with a deep sense of purpose—ensuring that every financial decision aligns with the university’s mission of providing quality education and all encompassing development. Our office oversees budgeting, audits, procurement, payroll, and compliance with statutory regulations. We aim for excellence in financial planning and prudent allocation of resources across academic, research, and welfare initiatives.

The university’s remarkable growth in recent years—including the launch of new programmes, expansion of infrastructure, and organization of major events—has been supported by a strong financial framework. We maintain a balanced approach between fiscal responsibility and institutional development, always prioritizing value for money and long-term sustainability.

Our systems are increasingly digitized to ensure efficiency, timely reporting, and real-time monitoring of funds. Regular internal and external audits are conducted to uphold financial integrity and compliance with governing bodies such as UGC and other regulatory bodies. We also support initiatives like scholarships, research funding, provision of seed money and capacity-building through structured financial models.

I am grateful to the management of the University, academic leadership, and staff for their continued cooperation and trust in our office.
