NCC HOSTS WEAPON WORSHIP ON VIJAYADASHAMI
The National Cadet Corps (NCC) performed a weapon worship ceremony on Vijayadashami at Tantia University. Vice Chairperson Dr. Mohit Tantia and Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) M.M. Saxena worshipped weapons and advocated the use of power to protect self-respect. Speaking at the event, Vice Chairperson Dr. Mohit Tantia stated that both scriptures and weapons hold immense significance in life. While scriptures empower us to overcome falsehood, we use weapons to prevent oppression and tyranny, as well as for self-defense and self-respect. Vice Chancellor Dr. Saxena stated that weapons instill self-confidence and develop the ability to live with self-respect. Board of Management members CA Nishit Agarwal and Mrs. Sarita Tantia also shared their views. NCC in-charge Lieutenant Sandeep Kumar Bhambhu, who moderated the event, outlined the program. On this occasion, Dean of Law Faculty Dr. Saurabh Garg, Dr. KK Arora, Dr. Anurag Bissu, Dr. Tarsem Singh, Security In charge RK Yadav and many others were present.
